Lightweight monitoring for personal projects

Personal projects do not need a heavy observability stack. A simple uptime check, a disk usage alert, and a periodic service status check are enough for many small systems.

The important part is not the tool. It is making sure the alert reaches a place you will actually see, and that the message includes the first action to try.
